A free animal spirit journey you haven't tried yet
|
Hi there, You joined my list a little while ago through the Infinite Power of You bundle, and I wanted to make sure you knew about something that's been here this whole time. I have a free guided shamanic journey on my teaching website that helps you meet the animal spirit that's showing up for you right now. It starts with a short quiz — five questions to help you notice which spirit family is already reaching toward you — and then you receive a 15-minute guided journey to meet them directly. You don't need any experience with journeying. You don't need to prepare anything. You just need about 20 minutes without interruptions and a willingness to close your eyes and see what you notice. This isn't a personality quiz with a result at the end. The questions are simply a doorway into noticing which spirit family may be reaching toward you, and the journey itself is an opportunity to meet that relationship through direct experience. The spirit who comes through may surprise you. Or the experience may be quieter than you expected. There is nothing to force. If you've been curious about what I actually teach and how this work feels from the inside, this is the best place to start:
And if someone you know has been having experiences they can't explain — animals showing up repeatedly, a pull toward certain places in nature, dreams that feel like more than dreams — feel free to share this with them. Let whatever you notice be enough. Blessings, |

Hi there! I am opening a room on September 30 where a small group of people will carve a rune into a candle, sing it awake, and journey to meet Odin directly. On Tuesday September 30 at 12 PM Eastern, I am holding a live shamanic immersion with Odin and the rune Ansuz — the breath that carries the voice between worlds. In this immersion we carve the rune, sing it awake through galdr, and journey to meet Odin directly. No prior experience with runes or shamanic journeying is needed. Everyone...
Hi there, In the middle of everything happening with the weather and the earth right now, there is something simple and real a human being can offer — not as a fix, but as love. Your body already knows something about relationship. The water inside you and the water falling as rain belong to the same living world. Your bones and the stones of the earth carry the minerals of this earth. The air moving through your lungs is the same air moving across the mountains. You are not separate from...
Hi there, A little while ago, you took a guided shamanic journey and met an animal spirit. That journey — finding a spirit, being found by one — is the same practice at the heart of everything I teach. The tradition is the same. The door is the same. The spirits are different. On September 30 at 12 PM Eastern, I'm holding a live shamanic immersion called Singing the Runes. This one is with Odin and the rune Ansuz. This is what it actually looks and sounds like inside the...
