Free Nordic Rune Ritual for First Harvest - Sacred Timing with Sif, Jera & Gebo 🌾

Hi everyone β€”

As August 1 approaches — the sacred time of Hlæfmæst (Nordic first grain harvest) — I've been reflecting on how often we feel pressure to produce and give, even when we're not fully ready.

But the rune Jera ᛃ teaches us: sacred timing matters. The harvest comes after the tending.

The rune Gebo ᚷ reminds us: sacred exchange works when both sides are nourished.

If you're waiting, pausing, or gathering yourself before giving again β€” that's not failure. That's the natural rhythm of abundance.

I've created a powerful Nordic rune ritual to help you align with this sacred harvest timing. This complete shamanic practice works with:

✨ Sif - Norse grain goddess of abundance and harmony
✨ Jera - rune of divine timing and harvest cycles
✨ Gebo - sacred exchange and reciprocity

Perfect for Lughnasadh, August 1 (Hlæfmæst), or whenever you feel called to honor what's ripening in your life.

This isn't about forcing manifestation β€” it's about stepping into alignment with what's naturally ready to emerge.

🌾 May your harvest come in right time.

Blessings,

AI-generated painting of Odin holding a lit candle with a glowing rune carved into it, two ravens on his shoulders, rune symbols in a twilight sky.

Hi there! I am opening a room on September 30 where a small group of people will carve a rune into a candle, sing it awake, and journey to meet Odin directly. On Tuesday September 30 at 12 PM Eastern, I am holding a live shamanic immersion with Odin and the rune Ansuz β€” the breath that carries the voice between worlds. In this immersion we carve the rune, sing it awake through galdr, and journey to meet Odin directly. No prior experience with runes or shamanic journeying is needed. Everyone...

Weather Ceremony September 23 2026 at 12 PM ET β€” collage of water, fire, earth, sky, and a globe surrounded by light, with Patreon join information on a turquoise water background.

Hi there, In the middle of everything happening with the weather and the earth right now, there is something simple and real a human being can offer β€” not as a fix, but as love. Your body already knows something about relationship. The water inside you and the water falling as rain belong to the same living world. Your bones and the stones of the earth carry the minerals of this earth. The air moving through your lungs is the same air moving across the mountains. You are not separate from...

Kirsten Lovett in hooded cloak with staff, leading a live shamanic journey to Thor during a Singing the Runes class

Hi there, A little while ago, you took a guided shamanic journey and met an animal spirit. That journey β€” finding a spirit, being found by one β€” is the same practice at the heart of everything I teach. The tradition is the same. The door is the same. The spirits are different. On September 30 at 12 PM Eastern, I'm holding a live shamanic immersion called Singing the Runes. This one is with Odin and the rune Ansuz. This is what it actually looks and sounds like inside the...
